Sunday Morning Bullets

Sam has a cold, so he and I are hanging out together this morning, while Nicole is working in the nursery at church. Here are some things of note:

Humility...

• It took about 5-10 minutes for Sam to quit going to the door, bang on it, and say "Nana? Nana? Nana?etc..." [Nana=Mama]
• It's hard to be cocky when you take your shirt off and your own son looks at you and starts laughing.
• I think the dog was laughing, too. Then they looked at each other like the shirtless me was some inside joke.
• It warms my heart to know that my dog loves me so much. Then I see the way he obsessively loves any dry turds we come across on a walk.
