Weekend

It was pretty hot here over the weekend. I was a little leery of the heat since Sam is so obsessed with being outside. All kids love to be outside, but Sam is literally obsessed. If he's crying and someone mumbles the word "outside" from a phone booth on the other side of town, Sam will hear it and immediately smile and say with enthusiasm, "Sigh!! Sigh!! Sigh!!" [translation: "Outside!! Outside!! Outside!!"].

So we played outside all weekend, with the help of some sprinklers. Sam had a blast with Kevin and Sarah Thompson's son, Preston, over at their house. I'll post some pics of that when I get them.
